The standard session is under a hour. Each session card includes a 'time-crunch' alternative, allowing you to stimulate the target muscle group in under 30mins on very busy days. Use as directed in the guide.
We included a "Calories + Macros Guide: for any goal" to ensure you have all the information you need to make appropriate food choices, regardless of your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, etc).
As you progress throughout the program, exercises and program design will advance to ensure you don't plateau. To prevent injury to your joints as it advances, we added an Injury Prevention Guide in the pack for you at no additional cost.
The 'all or nothing' approach never works. Some days it feels like life is on hard-mode and other days we may feel at ease. The Baseline Method in this pack is a realistic method that PTs use to approach even their own fitness goals with flexibility to sustain success.
