This Program is designed for adults at an intermediate level of fitness who want to advance. Typically, but not specifically, this means:

Experience

You have been exercising at a moderate intensity for a minimum of 6+ months, consistently.

The basics

You can perform the basic compound movements (squats, bench press, rows) with safe form.

Stimulus

Your strength or muscle growth has stalled, and you need a new stimulus to spark progress.

Endurance

You have developed a baseline level of muscular endurance and don't fatigue during training.
